First Week of Cataclysm Best tips and Blog Round up


So week one of Cataclysm have you made gold ? 

I haven't had the best week making gold  but i have been levelling up my main and working on crafting on my alts.

    DE-ing has been netting me a decent amount of gold. Any green item selling for less than the cost of a dust is automatic profit, and even if they're a little more, it's still pretty low risk. Jasper Rings are a great thing to DE if you have a JC and a chanter, since they only take one jasper and they tend to be less than the cost of dust on my server.

    Converting items has also netted me a good amount. 5 Savage Scraps are usually less than 1 Savage leather and the prices of the essences are rarely balanced, so I can almost always convert from one to another for profit. Same with Heavenly Shards: 3 small tend to be less than 1 regular.

    I'm also buying out uncut blues for under ~50g each. This is pure speculation on my part, but I think in a few weeks once more people have cuts and more people want gems, raws will be selling for much more than that.
